Description
The sun was low in the sky bringing out the shapes of the hills as I descended from the ranges into the farmland surrounding Licola.
Finding a clear view through the trees was an effort, and involved walking the section of road before driving the car to the appropriate spot. The only other clear view I found had been made by a log truck that had lost its logs over the side of the road and down the hill flattening the trees in their path.
