I'm back to depress you all with summore of Roy's useless backstory in this montage-y sort of thing.
Not all of his back-story is sad though I swear.
Don't know why, but this music just made me think of some really emotional stuff:[link] [link] I was listening to it while drawing this and I swear, involuntary liquid started rolling down my cheeks, it was crazy.
I was debating whether or not I should have submitted this to entervoid, but seeing how this stuff is irrelevant to the overall plot of the story, i figured I should post it here instead.
This is just me doing some good ol' fashion character development.

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death.
Now send this to ten other pictures on this one site, and she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently, if u copy and paste this to ten comments in the next ten minutes u will have the best day of ur life tomorrow. u will either get kissed or asked out, if u break this chain u will see a little dead girl in your room tonight. in 53 mins someone will say i love you or im sorry

Such a lovely bittersweet sequential piece. It leaves you feeling like an intruder on the most intimate moments of Roy's life, but you can't look away. I especially love the panel of him draped over his Fathers grave, it really hits you in the gut after seeing how he was lovingly raised. A DD definitely deserved- this is fabulous.

gosh I really can't describe how much I like this. the pure emotion in every scene, it's so... powerful. and I teared up so much at the hospital scene because I knew what was next damn it
this is really freakin' beautiful, I am so digging this character and I am so digging his history. (And I love that he's wearing a red bandana. That's a big Yes in the book of storytellin' right there. I like.)

Beautiful. And I know what he's feeling, I lost my dad back in 2010 before I graduated from Highschool. Once you loose a parent, your entire world changes. I still remember laying over his heart begging him to not go as they pulled the life support.
Life is hard, but you must raise your head, tears in your eyes, and you must continue to walk forward. And do what they would want you to do. Live your life and create your future.

This reminds me of my older brother's influence on my life.
Even though he's hundreds of miles away, and we haven't spoken in a while, his love and wisdom affects the decisions I make almost evey day. And I know, even far away, he'll always be there for me; he'll always have my back
