Description
I got craft blogger and designer Patricia Zapata's book Home, Paper, Scissors from the library and gave one of her patterns a try.

Of course, I had to alter it to make it my style Because I love fairytales, I added some uneven ground, birds and a Little Red Riding Hood-esque figure to the simple basic pattern from the book. I also had no colored paper, so I watercolored my own color scheme (the original was white, green, and black paper).

I'm taking this to school with me, to hang in my window!

And just let me say, I love my Xacto knife!
