Description Here we have the Wild Kratts looking up the world’s Tyrannosaurs of the Late Cretaceous.

By the last 10 million years of the dinosaur era, Tyrannosaurs were the dominant predators of their range. Many species found across North America and Asia.

In Asia there was Alectrosaurus, Alioramus and Tarbosaurus. In America, Albertosaurus, Gorgosaurus, Daspletosaurus and T. Rex.

Tyrannosaurs were so successful, that by the Late Cretaceous, the were the apex predator across virtually all of North America and Asia.

They were the dominant predators of the Northern Hemisphere.

Other Tyrannosaurs were also rulers of their own domain. Nanuqsaurus reigned the Arctic, and Qianzhosaurus of the Asiatic forests, and Appalachiosaurus ruling the Southeastern United States.

In the Late Cretaceous, wherever you go in the Northern Hemisphere, you would find Tyrannosaurs everywhere. 🦖
