I really like the fact that you color everyone's text differently. I wish i would have done something like that. My favorite graphic novel, Watchmen, they do that, and it's AWESOME. it really helps keep track of whos saying what while allowing for some bubble placement freedom. Really good idea to do that!

Ok well i struggled for HOURS trying to figure out how to color nighttime scenes so haha I will toss you a small tip that you can use. It makes it look really "nighty" if you go to the character color layer and go to adjust>hue and saturation> and bring the saturation down. Your darkening of them is the right thing to do also. But couple that with a little bit of desaturation and you'll notice a big diff

Also ive discovered with my last couple pages that applying a gaussian blur to the background in frames where there's characters close tot he camera (for you, frames 3 and 5 here) helps to bring the chars into focus. I didnt realize how much my characters tend to blend into the BG but the gaussian blur REALLY makes them pop!

Im going to upload my new page probably tonight and ill point out which frames I used it on so you can see what I mean. Ill be using that trick for all pages from now on - i just wish someone would have told me that before I printed issue #1. Would have liked to go back and blur some of those BGs

Woah Jade,this page is definitely better than than ever,I can see that you got this new line art style after you got the tablet.It was nice though,really nice line art.

You shading and highlights are also improved,you can mixed their colors very well during night time.And you know?That was a brilliant background especially the night sky.I love it. I'll have to all the page man!!I wanted to know more!!LOL.This is exciting Jade. XD

Oh,about the cameo.That would be a great idea,you can use either Slok,Marcus, or Flansis.They're all wolves and they're also in my gallery already. Feel free to use them as you are one of my best friend. I have only their picture tho not a ref.

Damn Jade, the shading and pose of the first panel really amazes me. Xhal's expression really shows his mood, and the fur looks so gorgeous! :3 Well done on that!

Really, the only crit I have is on Dantes pose in panel six seems a little difficult... Maybe because his back legs seem a little small?
Other than that, it is absolutely perfect!

oh wow, I REALLY love this new change in style to the characters. Not that I didn't like the previous pages, but I can tell you've been experimenting and that really makes it interesting! X3

Ooh, the plot thickens! I'm edging to know what happens!

I love how the story is starting to really pick itself up here.
The backgrounds are amazing, as always, as well as the lighting. Gorgeous starry moonlit night scene.
And did the fur change in the last few pages or something? 'Cause, I'm starting to notice a change here (or, I may just be ignorant). Either way, I still love your style.
Hmmm...the only critique I can really think of is that Dante's (by the way, adore his design and personallity) eye in 6th panel- the placement just look awkward in my view.

Just like everybody else, I myself notice a drastic change in the fur. I recall that back in the good old days sister =IceKrystal used that gradient style and even put up a tutorial on the technique, but I've never actually seen anybody use it. When done in modest amounts I admit that it looks very beautiful. If you're careful to keep the lighting consistent I'm sure you'll be able to keep up the gorgeous work with that, Jade!

What crits I had for you have already been mentioned, so I'll just note the two typos I noticed:
"...why you go with that fleebag." (panel 4)
"...the Viper's boarders?" (panel 6)
-flashes a big thumbs up-

These guys are seriously entering the lion's den by going through Viper territory. Clearly they don't know that the small fighters are often the fastest. Oh dear, yet with pride and confidence they go right on ahead. This can't be good... let's just hope the Vipers are elsewhere.

...oh I can't wait to see what happens during their venture through the mountain territory, mate. You're coming along with this tale quite nicely! c:

CRITEHS: When Xhal's explaining, why not put some commas and ...'s in there to stir up the explanation. So like: "Well... me and Skarkaxe were late for your dad's meeting so we got sent to run around the border. Skarkaxe went off with some lion and, well... that's how I got here with Kale."

On note: Skarkaxe is so mean! Rawr! He gets to bum out on going around the borders when it was his fault...

Okay... I can restrain this no longer.... SHADING!!! HOLY COW ITS SO PRETTY!!! *obsess* Man, it's so... so... you oughta work that kinda thing with the last page to brighten it up some, but I suggest only the night pages. It makes a cool effect!

And by the way, you can totally nab some designs of mine. I'll make some up for ya, kay? ^-^ In case you still need them, that is.

Great page - keep it up!

Only thing I can think of that needs improving on this is very minor. You know the part where it says, "Coming, Axton?" "Of course!", I read the "Of course!" bit first because that speech bubble was above the other one. Then I got a tad confused until I noticed what I'd done So remember the height of the speechbubble (if that makes sense) is just as important as the order. You automatically read from the top first, then right.

So you got a tablet, eh? What's it like?
