Hébélom is the big brother of 8-Bit, and thus the prince of the Boletum species. He worked really hard to be able to succeed his parents when the time will come, with a very strict mother behind is back. Discovering his talent for making potions and antidotes, he decided to use it if one day their species is in danger or in a war.
But one day, he encountered Schrödinger, the cruel zombie pony (coming soon), while harvesting some shrooms. The renegade attacked him and Hébélom got bitten, turning soon into a zombie too. When his mother found about it, she instantly lost all her love for her precious son (yeah, glowing ponies like him make their parents hugely proud) and banished him, despite her husband not agreeing with this.
The Boletum started to wander into Equestria, all alone with his sadness and anger, hiding from everypony. 8-Bit was just born at this time so she never knew or hear about him, since it's forbidden to talk about the lost prince
