I practically got the idea from this out of nowhere.Note that the reflection has a different eye colour.

Very very very well done! just about everything is great. You really manage to get an interesting reflection and motive. You also have thing both in the foreground and the background which gives the image depth and makes it more interesting

My brother told me it was missing something, but it turned out his computer screen didn't show colours like mine does, so you can never know for sure if it looks ok on the receivers screen.

I think you should take some time reading into color spaces and color profiles (ICC profiles) if you don't already know about it, it's very important when working with artwork for web and print. By embedding your color profile into the image (photoshop supports this when you choose "save for web") you can make sure that it looks correct on the browsers supporting color profiles. But what's most important is to adjust your own display to display colors correctly and there are a couple way of doing this, both manually and automatically. If you want to do it automatically you need to buy a spyder ([link] ).
Maybe you already know all about this but if you don't - it's really important to understand this fully.

I know a little about web colours, It's not that important though, the difference is minor. When it saves for web and devices it's better suited for web usage, but I never considered the difference that important. I appreciate you taking the time to tell me though!

It isn't a matter about web colors, it's a matter of how correct your monitor displays colors. You might find out when you try to print one of your images that it lookes like someone marinated it in urine. Just so you know
