Honestly, enjoyed Twilight until book 3, probably because I'm always desperate to read a new cheesy romance, dispite Bella being an obvious Mary-Sue.
But thinking that Twilight is great literature, and that S.Meyer is a talented authoress, is just downright nonsense. I've seen better writing in fanfics. The list presented here on this stamp points out the many annoyances found throughout Meyer's writing.

Jeez XD this is why I never wanted to read the book. Yet another novel where the woman is akward and gets captured and the man is perfect and has to save her. Honestly I don't understand why it's famous either

funny that the # of sparkle moments, the times Bella was in mortal danger, and the times that Edward saves her form said danger are all 3.
so is it that edward is the only one that can save bella from his sparkles or does he sparkle when he comes to her rescue???

I had to force myself to read them. They're so boring... so boring.... ;n; And I hate how the only semi-interesting thing happens in the last fifty pages. I'll never forgive my mom for suggesting I read them. I wasted hours on those stupid things.

I enjoy the series primarily for reading something with no real plot. Because sometimes you've got too much shit on your mind to worry about fictional characters and need to lose yourself in an unlikely romance.

I have read better fanfics of the story than what Stephanie actually wrote - and that's saying something because most of the fanfics are weirder than the actual book.

If you don't like Twilight that's fine, it's your opinion, fans of Twilight do not shun you for not liking Twilight, we simply ignore things like this. And Twilight isn't the best book in the world, to some people it is, so before you go accusing that Twilight isn't great and blah remember that's your opinion, we all don't see the same.

i read all the books...and i mainly felt uncomfortable while at it, 'cause, y'know, it's basically the authors wet dream...and plotlessness was just beyond comparison xD
and you are totally right, there are numerous fanfics which are a trillion times better than the twilight series xDD

I am laughing so hard I can barely type. And same here with thinking Twilight was okay up until book three. I don't mind the books, mostly because my best freind is a massive twi-fan (I love her... but it drives me crazy sometimes), but seeing things like this makes me wanna just fall over laughing.
