Description Ok, so some people were asking about tutorials, and sounded excited when I said that i was going to make one, so here you are. 8D hope you like it. If you don't know who Carnelian is, you can Google her name (and artist, or root or something otherwise all you'll get is pretty rocks 8D ), and you'll get some hits. Anyway, i used this technique on this picture, if you want to see it in action. [link]

well the lashes can always be changed, its just the coloring that i wanted to emphasize XD

XD lol, well, it can always be modified, and steps taken out besides, i think that i had more fun coloring just the eye, than like, a full picture lol TT_TT so pretty!
