All I can say - it's about damn time I got off my ass and did this. And about friggin' time I drew something other than Sonic art. How long has it been since I last did human art (Kid Muscle doesn't count
)? Three months?For those who don't know - this is Final Fantasy X-2 fanart. An' this is Yuna in her fetching Gunner outfit (less the guns, cos I hate drawing guns, I suck at 'em), Or as Barkeep calls her, Mish Yooona. Heh, I love those weird alien things.
Tried out a new method of colouring with this pic (mainly airbrushing), and had a go at recreating the detailed hair colouring that does...SO...FREAKING...WELL...
*shakes fist at Em for beating that worm on FFX while he keeps on kicking my ass*
Normally I'm not that good with detail on characters (Final Fantasy characters have so much detail on them it's scary), so I'm pretty chuffed with how this came out, plus I know where I can improve.
Lineart took about an hour or so (back to pen and ink for me, yay), and the colouring about 4-5 hours.
All the "please don't sue me" messages are in the pic. Yay fer lazyness.

That's pretty nice. However, the boobs are way bigger than what they're supposed to be. As far as I remember, Yuna has small boobs. Otherwise, I wouldn't be complaining about it. Then again, I probably don't know what she looks like.

Good job on this, CK. I thank you for this, as I've seen so many pictures of this chick and never really been clear on what is supposed to be what in this costume. The tattoo thingum/emblem/whatever it is that keeps her boobs from falling out is very interesting. I notice you were keen on detail to the point where you put that ever so thin thread joining all the points at the top for maximun ass kicking supportage! That's an important feature in any gun slinging vixen's wardrobe. Like the way you did the colored-to-match linework, but as with everyone else, the boobs are like, massively uh.... massive. She's gotta be a very large C or D at the least here. Then again, I'm probably the only person on the planet who's never touched an FF game to date, and dunno how big they're supposed to be. (Those modelers are always very ::cough.:: generous. ::cough!::Sonic Adventure 2!::cough.:

I think you've done her hips great, but it's her breasts that get me. They look a little oversized, and kind of upset her balance.
