For more Patrick & Donko storiesThe title supposed to sound like "Matchmaker", in case no one got it.
Yay! We got another mention of Donko's dad! And next week strip's gonna be about him too! I know, right?! It's amazingXD
(1st panel)- Well, the mystery is solved: Patrick's parents are divorced. That's why his dad is never around. That still doesn't explain why his mom is so laid back about the whole monster thing, but whateve'.
See? I already have more "family bonds" closure in my comic then Keroro Gunso have with the Hinata family. Did you notice how they never mentioned their dad? They acknowledged his existence ONCE but then they never went anywhere with that. What happened to him? Is he dead? Are him and the mother divorced? Was the mother never even got married and she's just a slut who got pregnant twice and the father's whereabouts is unknown?
Personally- the third possibility is probably the likeliest.
(last panel)- "What do you think about my idea? Do you like it?"- Well, gee, seeing how Patrick is lying on the floor screaming in terror- I'm absolutely sure he LOVES it. Go give your dad her phone number right now, you dumb bitch!
Actually, now I can't stop thinking about what Patrick's mom will do had she know she's going on a blind date with Beelzebub.
Do you think she'll go for it? If you are a woman, will you agree to be with the ruler of hell? 0_0
Well, I'm sure SOME women out there will want that...-_-
And while we're at it- What ever happened to DONKO'S mother? What, did Beelzebub just fuck a random monster who conceived Donko and then somehow HE was the one who raised her while her mother ran off somewhere?
Or maybe Donko's parents are divorced too, Idk... We already saw that monsters apparently get married too... I guess it doesn't matter. Especially seeing how next week's story gonna have SO MANY "WTF moments" to dwell on that I should probably just save my comments for that.

I don't think Donko can get any closer to Patrick than what she is now. She's friggin living in his room! Even brothers and sisters aren't THAT close to each other all the time.

Well, you made me now wonder, because then they would have the same dad, which would make Donko to Patrick's half sister, and since Donko is still in love with Patrick...I don't know xD Sister-brother love is gross in my culture, altough I have heard of such cases. (Believe it or not, one of my great-great grandfathers have actually married to her cousin!)

You know, you're right, I thought about it too, but I got tired of pointing out things that are wrong in this comic, but yes, I guess I could add "half-incest" to the list along side child abuse, pedophilia and bestiality.
But it doesn't really matter, their parents aren't gonna end up together, calm down. I think Incest is gross too.
So I guess that means Patrick can still be in a forced relationship with his monster girlfriend.

Yes, I'm sure Patrick will be SO willing to set up something like this: To have his mom going on a date with the lord of evil.
And what the hell will they even do? Do you seriously think they can just go to a movie or go to a restaurant without having ANYONE raising their eyebrows at them?
I mean, I know it's been a while since I went out, but I don't remember ever seeing a hell demon walking down the street at broad daylight and have NO ONE to call attention to it.
