Description
Flyspur is accustomed to being completely ignored by his own kind. But when he finds a colony of lost Jssfloon he doesn't quite know what to do when they welcome him with open arms. And he finds himself completely out of his element when the leader of the entire planet, a stunningly beautiful female, seems to take an interest in him. Yeah. The little guy is so shy here it hurts. He has gotten away from that a lot since he has been in space but the second he's around Jssfloon he snapps that shell shut again.
I'd never done braids much so doing there hair was pretty fun.
There are some braided styles on the home planet but it's certainly not as popular as it is here.

The females here do like their braids here. Hey, I have a question about the Jssfloon's eyebrows. Is the double eyebrow shape purely the coloration of the skin, or is there also some anatomical or musculature difference in the doubling structure?

It doesn't take much. You might notice how he behaves in the earlier stories when they are young to the ones when they are adults.
They are just markings.

Yeah, I can see how differently he became between the two areas. he seemed even a little more shy around the tourists on Jssfloon, but now he interacts with people of the planets they visit just fine pretty much.
I can only imagine how hard it is for him, being as these people are Jssfloon, he can't just think of them as if they were like any other offworlders.

Yeah. When he was younger there weren't too many tourists on their little island so he didn't encounter many people that wanted to talk to him. So he was still pretty shy around aliens. But there was a kind of freedom when he left Jssfloon that changed him a lot.

I like how his eyebrows are so incredibly high they're almost floating off his face. Beautiful close-up of Kya's face. Her eyes are a very unique green. I really like the idea of an anti-culture clash.
I also like the soft, muted greens of the background. Makes me think they're inside a willow or some other flora like that. The girls are very curious about their new visitor, aren't they? They look like triplets. Can Jssfloon do triplets? Or maybe they're all just friends that enjoy dressing alike. But their eyes are all the same colour.

I never thought of it like that. But it really is the opposite of a culture clash. Flyspur is more uncomfortable and out of place in his own culture than he ever does in space with aliens.
They are indeed inside a tree! The three little girls ARE triplets, which is actually quite a big part of the backstory. They can indeed have multiple children per birth. While the mother can still only have two births (three if she has the mutated gene that can give her a third) she can have more than one child per ovaderma (egg).
