Hon, I was MUCH worse than you are when I was your age. You can learn. I absolutely gaurentee it. Just...listen to what people tell you, revel in constructive criticsm and don't let the times you suck get you down. It is OK to suck right now, as long as you suck less with each painting or drawing that you do.

thank you so much! you are really sweet i do hope i can improve like you have, because you are AMAZING! like wow, i am in love with your drawings! you just got yourself a fan hehe I really want to buy the anatomy book that you advised me to get...i think i'm going to get it much later though because i don't have time right now to practice -_- oh well, i will take it slow lols

Wow, I love the wings. mostly the part of the wing close to the back. Very detailed. and the pose of the whole thing is very moving to the heart. Very well done.

Thank you. I can't take complete credit for the pose--it's based on a stock photo. Credits and all are on the origional deviation. I probably need to stick them on this one. But thanks for the rest of it.

Beautifully combined textures. The light (or lack of) in this gives it that slumbering atmosphere. Only thing I would have liked different is if the canvas was slightly bigger to make the space look less claustophobic and also show both her wings whole instead of cropped.

It's a little bit...bigger. Not that much, but a little. I got REALLY bored and did about ten wallpapers last night. Working nights sucks on your days off. Can't go anywhere, can't sleep, and don't really want to...

Ok. In your larger version I noticed the little town underneath. That infinitely adds to the feel of it.

I know what you mean about working late. I have been working till 5 in the morning and then crawling to whatever chores I have. I don't like it one bit.
