Description I love "in your face" shots of the front end of railroad locomotives.

The rails are not level and the horsepower to jerk parked freight cars around is evident. Two spare coupler knuckles are hanging on the pilot... one of which hasn't got much rust on it yet.

An ex-C&NW MP15DC waiting for the next train to switch... ethanol (outbound) or grain (inbound).

I love those switcher engines, so easy to work off. and the boxes flanking the door make a great place to sit down and relax since the cab is so cramped

I always like seeing UP Yard units. They're very rare out this way, but apparently they're all over out west and parts east (of me anyway).
