Description Indian Railways metre gauge pacifics YP2196 and YP2496 stand in the hot noonday sun at Mahesana Depot, Gujarat, waiting for their next job on November 23, 1995.  The lady in the sari may be there to pick up spare lumps of coal.

I just noticed that the nearer Pacific has a bit of paint around the smokebox, looks great. India is great at painting up locomotives, particularly Fairy Queen.
