Wow.. Thats some good advise... I guess i've never thought about it that way before. I hope you can take your own advise. I know whenever i fell like i can't do something or someone else says they cant' i'll think about this, and tell myself or them "you CAN."

its always refreshing to hear words that aren't the same tired old "woe is me" rehash ! the minimal elements & use of black and white in the composition really work well to amplify the point too - nice peice, i look forward to seeing more of your stuff

"To want to get better means be ready to face the pain. It is only when you face the pain that you will begin to gain a healthy perspective from which you can then think less distortedly, to the point where you will be able to recognize when you are so triggered as to blur your past with someone in your present. Personal responsibility is key here as well. You must take responsibility for your needs, your wants, your pain, your actions and you must learn that there is no excuse for abuse. Blaming anyone else, even someone who abused or hurt you in childhood is not going to help you heal now. It will not help you meet your needs. It will not help you learn how to maintain relationships. It will not help you to find yourself."

Great way to declare the own rights on a power, wakening at the same time other people. I'm happy to see it.

Now that's very different from your other deviations here. I like the minimalistic colors you used and the typo, very nice.

Wicked man. I couldn't agree more with the message. People as a whole need to start taking responsibility for themselves. We must hold ourselves accountable for our own actions and decisions. We need to stop labeling ourselves as victims and trying to blame others for our problems. Well done!

What a powerful series of ideas you have written on this piece.
If we, as a society actually did at least a quarter of those things, could have a better world to live on.
Inspiring.

They say one picture is worth a thousand words. Sometimes a few words are worth more than a thousand pictures.

This is such a strong message of hope and so many of us need it.
I need it. To remind myself that the voices of doubt in my head are worthless and as soon as I ignore them they will have no validity and no effect, and will go away.

We all need to focus on that single voice of confidence and make it stand out. We need to be certain that with self confidence , devotion and effort, there is nothing reasonable in this world that we can not achieve.

Thanks Matt for sharing this with us. This message is so timely for me. It is what I believed in but needed to be reminded of. I will it with others as well.

Definitely a + fav. for being influential and thought provoking.
