Very beautiful. I like how you combined floral design with the horse.

WOW!

I've only clicked on a few of your pieces, and they've completely blown me away. Each one is so delicate, so elaborate, so beautiful and whimsical, full of powerful story and fantasy, and with such lush and exacting detail.

I have some small talent with paper cutting art, but I completely bow down in the presense of a master.

Just awesome!

Haha no sure I would call myself a master yet XP but I'll get there one day. Just keep building up that callus on your finger!Β

Thanks so much for your comment. Also, you have a Tardis in your icon , love!Β

This is a very beautiful piece of work!Β
It's very nice to see traditional themes in paper cutting, and it doesn't get more traditional than this piece. I love the contrast between the blossoms and the horse. And for such a stylized horse, it has a grace of movement that was captured wonderfully.Β

Well done!

Thank you so much.Β
I don't often do very traditional looking papercuts, but when your illustrating the chinese zodiac there is no better direction to go.Β
I was pretty impressed with the horse myself, think it's the first time I have ever cut one that doesn't look like it's been hit by a truck haha. They arer not my strong point haha.Β

I think you did a great job with the horse and it doesn't look like road-kill material in the least! (I have a tough time with animals... so I think anyone who can actually do animals is amazing for just that reason alone...)Β

And you're right, sometimes it's nice to go right back to the tradition. And the Zodiac is definitely one of those. Once again... you did great!
