Great start with this evolution line.
Like with Rufflet, make Vullaby much smaller since she is still a baby vulture and make her beak a lot smaller too as most baby vultures actually start out with small beaks. i.pinimg.com/474x/53/e9/27/53e…
For Mandibuzz, shorten her legs as Vultures don't have the long muscular legs as other birds of prey do since they're primarily scavengers. Change up her beak as well as Mandibuzz pretty much has the same large notched beak that most old world vultures have.

Good job with the edits. Although Mandibuzz's beak is still not right. Something to understand is that the beak design of most Old World Vultures is a bit different from birds of prey as well as most birds in general. Whereas the beak comprises the entire mouth of most bird species, the beaks of Old World Vultures comprise just half of their mouths. It's the same case with Mandibuzz if look at her beak closely.
