Robert Muldoon has always been my favourite Jurassic Park character. No contest. (Alan Grant may have been modelled after my favourite palaeontologists, but Muldoon was the Man With The Guns. And the laser-guided missile launchers. And the best comedy line in the book). Having the incredible Bob Peck play Muldoon in the movie added one hell of a touch of class to the character as well - although I admit to having been highly upset as a kid at watching him die in the jaws of a raptor. (Although, in retrospect, that was probably a far more noble fate for movie!Muldoon than book!Muldoon wedging himself into a drainage pipe, and then running around drunk as a lord for the remainder of the book...).

[It's too bad Bob Peck died in 1999. He would've been awesome as Sherlock Holmes.]

Also, I'm going to say this: Why, in the vast collections of art here at dA, are there only *TWO* Bob Peck drawings?
