- On the outside.LOL, *more* promotion of underappreciated cheese. Kudos to anyone who's actually heard of the movie. Seriously though, if you're into science fiction horror with car chases and guns and explosions (without too much emphasis on an elaborate plot), you might want to check this out. Bad alien wreaks havoc on earth, good alien (played by Kyle MacLachlan from Twin Peaks) is sent to kill it. Lots of property damage in the process. Not to mention a whole lot of things going BOOM! And what ranks really high on my list of "Grossest alien takeover of all time".

saw this movie yesterday, and damn, I really enjoyed it! think you did a fantastic job on this as well, you really captured kyle's likeness. I like how not everything is perfectly rendered either - this has a painterly feel I really enjoy. (:
ahah, speaking of twin peaks, I find it funny that the first alien-guy is played by hank jennings. gave me a laugh when I realized. great show!

me and horror movies just don't mix... well, anything with demonic themes specifically (saw the original exorcist way too young, never recovered). Some horror can be cool though, my wife and I watched "Descent" fairly recently, and I thought that was decent.

100% agree, my wife and I were both creeped out until the monsters were revealed, then we were both "meh". There was another "horror" movie we both enjoyed recently, a big monster attacked NY, the camera work was all from the peoples point of view, kinda wonky at points, but gave a cool perspective. Ugghhh wish I remembered names better.

Seriously though, I can't remember the last Hollywood movie that scared the heck out of me. The closest was Sixth Sense, I think, but it wasn't scary the way Jaws was when I watched it back when I was in grade school.
