Yes and no. I used a variation of the Orton effect slightly on some of the leaves to break the sharp contrasts a little and to add to the atmosphere of this place. The water is rushing down those steps and creates mist that constantly lands on your lens and lingers around, so there was already a lot of diffused light "to work with" in the first place.

I see what you're saying but I don't listen. Nah, man, there is just nothing to work with... There was no moss that could really brighten the corner and nothing interesting down there that would be worth using fill light on. Overall, it was a super tough shoot due to the conditions but what you gonna do when you only have day for waterfalls...
