Thank you, I used a slice of a sheet of fluo perspex, heat-softened it and moulded it round a saucepan!! The rest is part pepakura, part foam, part pva glue and a little filler!
(I also bought stargazer silver makeup and used lots of shiny blue eyeliner)

Glad to see someone used my pep file. Looks good, just had to leave the inside open so people could use foam or another material to form it to their head better.

It was actually a 'helmet stand' pepakura file I used, [link] I wanted a smooth top and sides and this was all I could find that was close enough, I didn't put the 'face' on and used the 'cheeks' as a base to mould the sides of EDI's hair. When I made it I couldn't find any Pepakura for EDI so had to cobble something together myself!
I did enjoy the challenge though!

And your makeup looks gorgeous! I just used gray Ben Nye makeup, to match my headpiece, and red lipstick (though I invested in some Lady Grey for next time, hehe). ;D

Hi, It is made out of thin card which was made into a basic 'helmet' shape, then I had to build up the shape of her 'hair' with foam. When I had a good enough shape I covered it all with paper and PVA glue. This was covered in a thin layer of filler, (not too much as it is heavy) and sprayed. The visor is a strip of plastic.
