Third out of six character designs for my fanmade GS4. Finally, one with correctly sized arms! I probably could've added a bit more color to his hair, but ah well. He doesn't have to have the same impossibly yellow hair as his mother.

I'm thinking of posting the written part of my fanmade GS4 after I finish with all of the character designs. Still taking suggestions on where and how I should upload the text (which includes icons, italics, bolded words, and colors). I might just take screenshots of the Word document and upload them as regular deviations.

Sketched on paper, colored using OpenCanvas 1.1 with a mouse, edited using Jasc PSP with a mouse. 5 hours.
