Name: Chuma
Name Meaning: iron, metal
Status: Pridelands cub (till runaway), Captain of the Border Warrior of the Skyvalley Pride
Relations: Brother of Fedha, Mate of Keki
Summary: Chuma’s earliest memories are of have a smaller sibling, of cuddling and playing with her, sharing eachother’s company when mother was away. But then one day she was gone and he was left alone, secretly missing the company of his sibling even though he barely had the notion of such a idea. Later, when his mother told him of his sister that was taken away when he still had his spots and how heart breaking it was to lose her, Chuma sets his mind to do something about it, he’ll never leave his mother in tears or any other lioness, and to do everything in his power to protect them.
Growing up in Scar’s reign proves to be hard for him and the other cubs as Scar thinks that they must begin pulling their weight immediately. While the young lionesses are sent away wth the pridesisters to start to learn how to hunt, male cubs are taken to train under the hyenas. Chuma, despite being the youngest of the boys, takes to it without complaint, intent on learning to become the best fighter of the pride. But every now and again, Scar’s atttention wanders enough that the cubs get to spend time together, it is in this way Chuma meets Keki. She’s one of the youngest of the girls, an only child in constant need of some one to give her guidence. Chuma sees in her the sister he lost long ago, so he takes her under and becomes her friend. He teaches her the basics, patiently stregthening her resove and moving her up to more advance training.
Then the day Ni arrives, invited to stay temporarily but making a big impact amongst the cubs in that time. Chuma is fasinated with the tales of he tells, of the promise he made to his mother and the code the rouge follows. Chuma and Keki decide to follow by this code, to walk in Ni’s foot steps and become like him. They train as such, speacking honestly, acting with courtisy and grace, modest to a fault and repectful of all.
So by the time Ni returns, they no longer consider cub play but intergrated into them. Ni comes to rely on Chuma the most to keep the young lions in line, able to keep Chumvi reigned in and Cheshi focused. And when they join SkyValley, he becomes the unoffical captain of the Border Warriors.
But even with this responsibilty Chuma's true duty lies else where. For during the journey, Chuma realizes that he's come to love Keki, taking her as his mate. Her mate in shining armor for life.

Here's my boy Chuma. I love this guy so much. His colors are perfect (thou he looks like a white born from Rinja's universe) and his personality is just as good.
I'll be getting in his mate along with the remaining pride members soon, I only need to write up there bios and we're good to go.
