Description
Another bootscreen for windows 7its the same progress bar as you may seen in the build 6800, but I colored it bluish and remove the "Starting Windows" text above it, hope you like it..
For Windows 7 x64/x86 build 7600 (RTM)

anybody knows how i can change the bootres.dll? its in use, i cant overwrite it.. unlocker cant helps too

Can you make some more boot screens? I wish everyone else who is making them would figure out it's much safer and easier to replace the bootres.dll than to use that software. Thanks for sharing the bootres.dlls instead.

Umm, actually I got that from a friends with, however no sign of who makes it, so I just put it to this deviant, but if it was yours Im sorry for that. I don't really want to take any credit for what I don't deserve though
but now that the newer version of the tool doesn't require us to sign any files so maybe I'll update the pack to a bs7 file like the tool maker wants us to do to share it

I'm having trouble with the permissions...
I run the registry add and I get the confirmation notice window that tells me that it was added successfully but when I try replacing the bootres.dll file into the System32 folder the "you need permission to do that" window pops up.
What am I doing wrong?

did you find an easy way to change the background color on the bootscreen? (not the animation background)
unless you can change that the bootscreen will look ugly if the animation is white-background-colored while the background-screen color is still black.

I know, and now I don't know how to change the color of the whole screen in easy way, maybe when win7bootupdater is updated, I've seen the gui preview and its frickin awesome, can't wait for that tool..
so for now, sticks with black is good enough..

This is nice, I am using it now. It is a bit unclean - after the glow has moved there is a strange flicker in the glowing shadow. Minor thing. I am waiting for more startup animations coming from you. How about one with the moving aero waiting circle? Or just some simple stuff that is not too shiny?

ONE question dude... how can I change the words "Windows Starting" in the boot, I just wanna leave the blue stripe you made... cuz I LOVE IT.. and I don't want Microsoft getting credit of it.. I want to delete it without crashing my PC... Thank you once again... laterz

have you try windows boot updater?
if you don't then try it, but it has risks after all..
