First of all, the monochrome fits very well to the flower and its environment. The dark background draws attention to the flower and the lighting is gorgeous! Some parts of the flowers might be underexposed and therefore simply black, but anyway - the technique is great.

The flower is sharp and has a great depth of field, i like the details of the flowers and the blurry vase; anyway it could be more original.

The composition is slightly distracting because there is so much space left under the flower and the vase.
The black borders are also slightly distracting since the right one is much smaller than the left one.

I like the lighting and focus on the flower, nice B+W conversion, too
The background could do with a little tidying up, though, there's uneven black vertical lines visible, is this from the cropping?
