Shermie from King of Fighters.
Shermie is an odd character. I was not sure what to make of her when she first appeared in the Orochi Saga. She is a fashion designer, and her style is pro wrestling, but she is also technically a villain!? The pairing of these elements has always been a bit weird for me, but of course that weirdness is why I like SNK characters so much.
I was conflicted when doing her REDUX, she always acts like a fragile girl in the series by the way she moves and the things she says in her taunts. So I decided to play off of that angle, a character who acts and LOOKS innocent but secretly can kick the crap out of you in a heartbeat. So I combined the idea of high fashion (since she is a fashion designer) with sort of a loli/gothic style. I wanted to change her hair up as well, although I like the whole covering of the eyes style she was rocking before (and I still kept that idea), her hair combined with the clothes felt way to 80-90's thowback for me.

Hmm...this doesn't look like an older version (Although Shermie is already an adult so it doesn't matter). This is a different style and not bad. Shermie was in a rock band with Yashiro and Chris and also enjoyed figure skating (One of her moves is even modeled after a figure skating move) AND she wrestles with some sort of super strength WHILE not knowing she is of the Orochi clan. I wasn't exactly upset when those characters died (They stayed dead, a decision I was happy with until I now hear that after KOF XIV, they are back alive). Anyway, I do like the boots and the dress better than her original design. It looks more French to me than her previous clothing. I do wish to see her eyes for once though. Or maybe if we can't see them, put glasses over her hair as a joke.

Interesting, I did not know those things about her! Was actually debating showing her eyes when I did this, but felt it was part of her core character so I opted not to

Considering over the decades the amount of insanity and poorly constructed costumes I have seen in professional wrestling,Shermie's is the most down to Earth. I could imagine Shermie wearing such a high fashion attire outside of the fighting arena,but as for fighting in this dress nope.
The boots don't go that well with the dress at all but I will say that you avoided the cliche of high heels.
She is so adorable in the end. I wonder the reason she hides her eyes is that if you were to see them,you would turn into stone ala Medusa as a result of her Orochi blood.
You help prove that you don't need to have women dress so provocatively to have them stand out.

I m not sure how to go about this one . From what I understand about her she was a singer in a band and her and her band members had "The Orichi Gene ". I like the fact that she got a different hair cut and the top is great. I think the dress is going to take some getting use too. I think that the printed part is a little confusing. Maybe it's just the white Background throwing me off.

I do like the short haircut you've given her. She wears it well. It's also nice that you still let her hair cover her eyes. It definitely helped define her image and admittedly, I probably wouldn't have recognized her at all if I could see her eyes. I do question the practicality of fighting in an outfit such as that, but then again, if Jenet can fight in a dress, why can't Shermie? That technicality aside, her overall appearance is done well. At first glance, she certainly doesn't come off as the type who could duck your punch and german suplex you into the concrete, now does she? She's quite the deceptive vixen, but I guess that's what makes her such an interesting and unique character.

Okay, so, I freakin' love it.
It's far removed from the Shermie of old, but the whole getup is pretty attractive (not 100% sold on those boots, though). The thing that sells it to me is the hair. Kinda makes me wish Shermie had been rocking the shorter 'do all this time.
