Whip from King of Fighters.I never realized how cool whip was until I actually sat down and really learned her play style, which is pretty sic actually. She is very counter oriented and played sorta like a ninja.
So with that in mind, and with great inspiration from Metal Gear Solid 4 (which I am playing the beta now and it's pretty awesome!) I have created a sort of ninja cyborg look for whip, very much like Raiden's new look from MGS4.
As you can see her outfit is no longer baggy and is now very form fitting, and her whip is alot more organic and techy from previous games.
I honestly had nothing against her older look other than the fact that there are to many people with military outfits in KOF currently and I thought she would stand out in something a bit more ..... sexy
. I would definitely want to play as her more if she rocked this outfit in the game.-DN

This is a very odd choice design. I wasn't aware that Whip was transformed into a cyborg. If you enjoyed MGS4 then I think you'll really love Rising. But the question is is her high heels just for show or can she use them as Raiden did to hold his sword. As with your drawing of Leona she too should go give Raiden a hand.

Actually, I love the whip, the design and everything, but it just seems so wierd. I was like WHO IS THIS! I really don't think that IS Whip. Whip should wear more clothes but skin tight. Her shirt, pants and shoes are all linked so it doesn't look good. She is not so miserable like Leona so she should be more carefree. I think she should dress more like Mature in this picture (on the right) [link]

When I first saw this, I though of Final Fantasy, mostly because of the outfit and pose but still this is wonderful!!!!

Jokingly, I personally think that this design somehow reminds me of Motoko Kusanagi (Ghost In The Shell a.k.a GITS to some). Yeah, I just can't stop thinking that way.

KoF kills all other 2d fighters by far it is utterly sweet but im sorry naruto is not better i mean all they talk about is weak as sasuke and naruto thats so lame and plus bleach has a good story line. naruto is about trying to get some cry baby back from a rapist. and the cry baby left of his own will to become "stronger" to kill his older brother and he fails at that so after itachi dies their is no more reason for sasuke to be crying. i admit naruto has its strong points i dont knock it cause i like it but bleach is better and it has its flaws this i admit aswell i mean kidnaping gets old fast. but all in all KoF rocks and Kyo rules so hard.

Lol damn don't spoil it for me haha. I have only read up to the appearance of his brother in the leaf village in Naruto (I love the design of his shark companion btw, pure genius). In bleach I have only watched up to the point where they first go to the Soul Reaper head quarters.
