Abilities:
NOTE: When active, her eyes will glow faintly, the light increasing depending on how intense she is attacking. The glowing vein-like markings on her body will appear when using Adrenaline Rush , and is usually an indicator of how much stress she is putting on her body. The mark shown in the P.O.I. is the final marking that will appear after all others are active. It is usually a sign of danger, signifying that she has to stop using her abilities lest she damage herself through overexertion of the muscles.

Adrenaline Rush
Causes the amount of adrenaline coursing through the body to increase, allowing greater speed, reflexes, strength and focus for a period of time. One of the main enhancements that comes with this skill is a bullet-time effect, in which the user can literally perceive time slower than it is happening and thus being able to dodge or counter more effectively.

Drawbacks: This ability causes great strain on the body, and often results in the user either being completely drained to the point of collapsing into unconsciousness, or rendering the user immobile for a duration of time, should the user somehow remain conscious.

WARNING: If this ability is overused, the user runs the risk of entering [BERSERKER MODE] which ultimately causes the user to go into a trance as his or her body will continue to fight without rest, mercy, registering pain or recognition between friend or foe. This can cause serious damage to the body to the point of becoming comatose or even death, and is recommended that the user be taken out of this mode as soon as possible. While in this mode, a slight orange aura will flicker around/on her body.

Vento Colpisce
Literally 'striking wind', this ability allows the user a type of air manipulation in the form of concussive air blasts. By condensing the air while punching or kicking, the end result is a projectile air blast that can be fired at the foe. The intensity of the blast starts to decrease after a distance of 15 feet.

NOTE: The user has the option of doubling this ability with Adrenaline Rush to increase speed (of punches and wind blasts) and force. Side effects are currently unknown as to how far this combination goes before being deemed 'over used'

Enhanced Strength
This ability gives the user inhuman strength, playing off of the already enhanced strength given from the virus. Attacks become incredibly strong like 24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m8x… This also gives the user access to the skill [ENHANCED JUMPING] which allows him or her to fly jump great heights or distances via channeling their strength into their legs, as well as being able to land in a "cause a crater" sort of way or a "so softly it didn't even look like I jumped" type of way.

Acrobatics
Due to taking gymnastics for majority if not her whole life, Jaime has great flexibility and reaction speed, as well as an array of skills like flips, pirouettes and balancing skills to aid in everyday life or combat.

Jaime is naturally a cheerful person, always making people laugh or smile through jokes or something just plain dumb. In fact, her happy and sunny demeanor contradicts the fact that she can throw a bus at you, thanks to her abilities. Always a friend you can count on, Jaime will be there to help you out or be there if you need to smile or someone to listen to what you have to say. She likes to keep an open-mind, never really stating her opinion unless she completely believes it, and is not opposed to trying new things.

Her tomboyishness stems from the fact that she had a lot of guy friends back home, lived predominantly with her dad, and the fact that her sister wasn't exactly a girly-girl either. Although seeming a bit dense and slow in social conversations, when it comes to it, Jaime can be a quick thinker as her mind loves to solve complex situations and puzzles. Outwardly she appears confident, trying to be like her sister, when in reality, she is full of self doubt and fears losing other people close to her.

History:
"I promise Jaime, I will always be there for you. No matter what" -Aeris during the aftermath of their parents divorce.

An Australian-born Italian, Jaime spent most of her life in the land down under. Her family is pretty well off, her parents both being professors. Currently however, her parents are divorced. Her father remains teaching in Australia while her mother, though Italian born, moved to live in Miura City, Japan in the Metroplex area, and took a teaching job at Miura University. She has an older sister named Aeris, 6 years older than her. Aeris, ever the cool, calm, collected and witty one, always appeared to be the tough older sister, but Jaime knew better. In an odd turn of events, their father won custody of the girls and as of such, they spent majority of their lives with him, only visiting their mother during vacations. Being the youngest, Jaime never really got to know her mother as well as Aeris did when they were young, and goes off of her big sister's silent hatred at being the cause of the divorce and as of such, has an awkward relationship with her. When applying for college, Aeris applied for (without much thought) and was accepted into Miura University. Years passed, and when it was her turn, Jaime applied for Miura much in the same way that Aeris did, alongside several others in England. She managed to get a full ride scholarship from the prestigious university, but wanted to check it out before deciding if she wanted to go or not, since she had been set on going to England her whole life.

She went to visit the college, spend time with her sister and at insistence of their father, time with their mom as well. It was during this trip that the BETAV Crisis occurred. Jaime's mother contracted the Alpha strain of the disease. Her girls were not as lucky. While walking through the city, they came into contact with a man who had the Omega strain and immediately started displaying feverish symptoms. After returning to Aeris' apartment, Jaime went into a comatose state, Aeris herself not that much better off. With such a high mortality rate, it was expected that they would die. In vain, Aeris tried to help Jaime but in reality, it was she who was dying. Not her little sister. Aeris called their mother and asked her to take care of Jaime. She looked at her younger sister one last time, apologizing for breaking her promise, before suffering a sudden seizure and dying. Another life claimed by the virus. Their mother arrived a few minutes later to a sight that nearly stopped her heart; both her girls were unmoving in the living room, seemingly lifeless. She nearly accidentally transformed into her alpha form again, before Jaime showed signs of life by letting out a cough.

Jaime had the most luckiest of breaks when her virus strain mutated into the beta strain and she made a full recovery. The news of her sister's death was heavy on her, especially as she had to live with the guilt that she had survived whereas Aeris did not. She now lives with her mom whilst attending the academy, since it was apparent that visiting any other college let alone attending any other one was a definite 'no' after the quarantine was instilled. Her father, hearing of the quarantine and unaware of what has happened, is trying to find a way to help get his family back.

While touring colleges, I met a boy who was also on tour from outside the country. I must say, he was dressed rather brightly but he was very fun to be around and very friendly. Aside from my sister's friends, he was the first friend I made in Japan. As it turned out, we were going to be checking out a lot of similar colleges so we exchanged digits and promised to meet up later. But that all changed once the crisis occurred. Waking up from my coma, mildly alarmed that I was actually in a coma, and being told that Aeris was gone, I wandered out of the house. Of course I was sad but...she was my big sister. She couldn't be gone! Suddenly, my ID-mate buzzed as I pulled it out of my pocket...10 new messages, all from Cadis. Scrolling to the latest one, he said he was coming over...but that was days ago. I thought about what happened to me and Aeris, getting a sinking feeling in my stomach as I began to run over towards his house. I ran past a graveyard, and wouldn't have thought twice about it if I hadn't seen a large creature sitting peacefully in the center of it all. I paused. It looked so at peace...but something seemed oddly familiar about it. What had the news reporter said about why we were quarantined? Two strains of virus...one involving a transformation....? In an instant, the striking colors of the 'angel' clicked in my mind as I hopped over the iron fence. I ran up to the creature, looking up at it. Turning to look down at me, it gave me a blank stare.

"Cadis?"

It tilted its' head, seeming to react to the name before reaching its giant hand out to me. As our fingers touched, I saw the creature shrink back into Cadis as he fell face forward into the ground.

"Cadis? Cadis! Are you okay? Answer me!"

I dearly hoped that he was still alive. He however had yet to stir.

"Cadis!"

I slapped his face and his eyes shot open. I sighed in relief.

"Thank goodness you're oka--"

It was then that I realized that he was stark naked. I'm pretty sure my face turned every shade of red that day.
