This is concentration piece #12! WOOHOO, I'M DONE WITH MY CONCENTRATION! *dances*I took a zillion pictures of all kinds of laundry before I was inspired at 1am on some random night to set this up. I had to creep downstairs with a flashlight to take this pic, heh.
This is one of my only pieces that has an actual background *gaspshock*. Like the rest, it took awhile to color, especially the orange liquid stuff and the Palmolive liquid. Those were kinda annoying. BUT I'M FINISHED! YAY!
I'm also sending this original to the AP graders.
Umm, it's late, and I can't think of anything else to say, besides the usual "I <3 comments and critique" schpiel.

Ahhh. The such intense care taken to the highlights on the objects is so beautiful. It manages to have a sketchy feel while still feeling so sleek and neat. Really have nothing to complain about in this. So nice.

wonderful job with the liquids. The proportions/shape of that Snuggle bottle is weirding me out though o.O;
Question,
When you're doing a pre-sketch for your drawings, what's your process? Like do you draw the layout with a regular pencil or a color pencil? Stuff like that.

Thank you. The Snuggle bottle is actually a really odd-shaped bottle, so it pretty much broke my sense of proportion to draw it, haha.
Answer: I photograph my set-ups, grid the picture, and sketch in pencil (HB so it doesn't smear much, and lightly so I can erase). Then I go in with colored pencil.

Heh, thanks! Yea, towards the end, it was hard to come up with ideas. I have tons of bright shoes that I wanted to draw, but I already drew a pair of shoes, etc. The detergent and stuff was the end of the wire there

Ah, we wanted to ask you a thing... how much did it took to do this drawing, for example, or the others in your gallery o_O?

It takes me a really long time to do these drawings. Most of them are really small (smaller than 9x12, usually) but since I use colored pencil, coloring them takes awhile. I'd say maybe 6-10 hours total for this piece. That's just an estimate though, as I didn't actually time myself, and I tend to lose track of time when I'm drawing, heh.
