Description Happy Birthday to ~neepneep128 !!!

i really didn't want to be late on another one, but this is a day late ^^' Better than as late as my others XD

One day I swear I'll get my artwork to the point where I'm happy with it -.- Though I do like the pretty (and random) background in this *w* Izure herself still needs a lot of work, but my brain literally can't think of anything else to add >.< So I'm not entirely happy with how she turned out.

Must practice more >.<
