I thought it was a good idea. Sadly, I got a bit bored of it after a couple of hours (I did the whole thing in an evening which is fairly quick for me, but now I'm starting to think I should've taken it easier) and the colouring has ended up being rather lazy and "experimental". Oops.Better than not drawing anything though :3
OpenCanvas/Painter/Photoshop again.

I like the second (colored) light source. That is something I need to learn. It really shows in the hair and shoulders and adds a heightened over all effect. Thanks for the awesome deviation!

Excellent work, the details are very well done! Little things such as the reflection in the sword, and the highlights in the eyes, really bring out the three dimensional feel. Great job, even if it is experimental!
