Very good, though now I have to beat this as I'm doing the same lineart. You captured the glowing lights very well.

Not bad... not bad.
Decent color balance and looks pretty good in the cell-shaded style.
Not too saturated or dark/light either.
Only thing I can think of is a lack of focus, my eyes don't know where to look first. D:
But I guess that is partly the line-art's fault, with all it's contents and details XD
