With their relation to Pride Lands royalty as well as the Shades, Jasiri is the smaller of the cubs born and the youngest, but arguably his mother’s favourite with his paler coat and red mane growing so much more prominent. Like all his bloodline he grew up happily in the Quiet Realm, playing with is brothers and for being younger, showing much more bravado than and of the others. Most of the time it was him and Ubora doing everything together, though he has the ability to talk and calm everyone down, especially with Magumu always travelling over to join Scar’s Lion Guard and the Shukrani being stubborn… the girls all started to call Jasiri ‘the ugly one’. Maybe his looks weren’t as big as those of his brothers, but he was good hearted and when he grew up, his man was arguably the redder and more handsome of all. Of course, Ubora was not happy with anything that happened when the girls were calling him ‘ugly’, in fact Ubora started to snap and be pretty aggressive to the females until Jasiri realised and gave his brother a real ‘talking to’ about it.
All the same, Jasiri was very happy with his lot as he grew up until he was told they were going to be going to new kingdoms with princesses. All of the sons are a little shocked by the matter, but with father on his last legs and mother showing her age too, it was clear to understand why. When the lionesses came, they were all very beautiful but one was more beautiful than others but it was not her looks that drew Jasiri at all. Instead, when the lionesses were enjoying their alone time, Jasiri found Ras lounging near a pool, gently prodding at a lily and humming to it. He could not recognise the song and she would later tell him it had no lyrics to it anyway, but it was the most beautiful image he had ever come across and the most beautiful sound. When Jasiri approached her, Ras was startled, but he beckoned her not to stop and just lounged nearby, listening in until she turned to him and mused that one of his eyes was a paler red than the other and it made him blush… only his mother had mentioned it once!
The next few days, Jasiri had hoped to get to know her better, but when it was clear Ubora was after her, he held himself back. He did not want to get in the way of his brother’s happiness and Ras was more than capable of looking after his brother. He watched Ubora try hard but he didn’t have the heart himself to try at all, instead he would see Ras in the evening, realising her own odd coloured eyes only showed at night under the moon. The more he fell in love with her like this the harder it was to watch his brother try. But when Ras made it clear to Ubora that she was not interested, but another female told him it was best to back away. When she told Ubora the situation, he seemed to back down and suddenly Jasiri and Ras get closer together, but Ubora tries one last time only for Jasiri to turn around and show how he was ready to fight for her and with that, everything seemed prepared for their futures, but their brotherly bond and friendship remained.
In the Ashiki Plains, Jasiri was startled how many considered him beautiful, they are all very kind to him and fuss of how he had a female relative from here, let alone how he was going to be their king. Jasiri had assumed himself to be a prince, not a king, but it was clear that they needed a strong king to help them and he was perfect. He was not expecting to be king but there were issues in needing to learn how to look after the pride members, the relations with other predators and the curious traditions of the region, but with Ras he did well. They produced a beautiful daughter and heir quickly that he taught to roar as loud as a male and to be as strong and powerful as her family needed her to be. But then, rather by surprise, they had a son as well and Jasiri was so happy when Ubora’s son and Tumelo got to meet and hang out with each other, strengthening their bond even more.
But things would take a dark turn in his kingdom… he was aware his daughter loved another female and he considered with Ras that if Tumelo had a child first, that would take over so Lebona could be happy. Their daughter was thankful for their thoughts and indeed, Tumelo did produce a son with the odd eyes that marked him as king and so Jasiri stepped down, hoping that things would be fine for them all. But Tumelo’s mate ran off and then there was more trouble with the dangerous male Hatari causing trouble. But this then caused the loss of Ras and Lebona’s mate, things became darker with all hope resting upon Musoke.

This is Jasiri, I hope you are interested I felt he had a loving situation with his mate. His base came from the one I’ve designed for him and Ubora’s children and descendants. But I like Jasiri, he has a very handsome mane and but he also has that rather handsome smile though I was never sure if it looked that good. But anyway, I hope you like him!
