They look cool. Have you thought about using glue instead of ironing them? Masking tap them off, put the glue in the gaps with a syringe and then turn it out on some glass. I know it's a fiddly process, but at least you wouldn't have the iron lines. Just a thought. Hope it helps. Keep up the good work!

I have to iron them. These are made in layers which are then glued together. The layers stack and make these. And this is one of my earliest designs, so the ironing isn't at its best. I admit that. But I have grown better.

Sadly it doesn't. But thankfully people are too focused on the sheer awesomeness of 2D characters being built in 3D to care about the ironing lines!

No. These are 100% custom made. I do my best to make them 3D using the original sprite from the game.

Thank you! And yes they are glued. I have to make each layer and stack correctly. Not to mention put the proper color beads in the proper spots!
