so uh. these have been done for awhile

it's been a hot minute since I first made these since, quite honestly, I wasn't sure I even wanted to share them at all. this is partly because I wasn't sure if I was really.. happy with these designs? there's a lot a like but I'm not super content with all parts, especially with rarity who. if you kept up with the original height chart I put up, you already know how much I changed her ahsljhafs,, but I got to, at the very least, a point where I was.. okay with the designs, even if I'm not super in love with all of them.

but the real issue was just. I felt pressured to use them? which obviously I don't, this was for fun, but I didn't want to just. make something and then ignore it. I wanted these to be canon for my nextgen, but then I would have to redesign their kids, and make headcanons for other characters too, and it was just. a lot. so I think at this point I've come to the "happy" medium of.. they're not canon canon, but maybe I'll draw them like this once in awhile. there are a few things that are canon, like hooves, wings, hair, heights, builds.. but there are also things, like the changed colors and some markings, that aren't quite as canon.

anyway. enjoy looking at these, hope you like them more than I ended up liking them in the end ahslfjhaslj
