No, talk all you want. Bloating can also be caused from salt intake so be careful of that. The carrying low explains the pains and even the size of your belly. Because the baby is low, the upper belly is swollen from the pressure put on your bowels and bladder. A pregnancy belt is also good, it holds the stomach up higher and keeps the weight at your back instead of pulling you forward. If you don't have access to such a thing, let me know. I have friends at Medela, the mothership of maternal wear and gear.

Hey, I heard of those pregnancy belts but never got around to really checking them out! The weight in my stomach became a really big issue for me in my first pregnancy, and I'm sure it will in this one too! It sounds like it'll help with preventing (some) stretch marks, too! I rarely visit a Babys-r-Us, but if they don't carry such a thing, you wouldn't mind if I contacted you about it?

I already have a tangible portfolio of all my trad works, but not yet of my digital stuff. I hope this year I'll get to do that. I'm going to make a scrapbook with all my digital paintings in it for my Mom, since she only gets to see them on the computer.
