Thank you! I can't remember back exactly, but I'm thinking I probably used about a few days for each of the portraits, working on and off for two or three hours at a time, so maybe about 8 hours or so.

Very cool. SchΓΆner Hintergrund. Immer wenn ich Spock-Bilder sehe, sehe ich jetzt unseren William Snape. Ich war auch mal Star Trek Fan, vor allem von Voyager.

Ja, ich fand Voyager und DS9 ziemlich gut - DS9, weil die Personen mehr mit den Konsequenzen ihrer Entscheidungen leben mussten (wegfliegen gibt's nicht), und Voyager, weil sie wirklich alle Probleme allein angehen mussten, ohne Starfleet im Ruecken.

Den deutschen Fan-Film hatten sie kuerzlich hier in Amerika in einer Sendung vorgestellt, wo das Trekphaenomen besprochen wurde - die Aussschnitte, die sie gezeigt haben, wirkten sehr authentisch.

Ach tatsΓ€chlich, hier bei uns hab ich noch nichts drΓΌber gesehen, allerdings ist das ja auch schon eine Weile her mit dem Fan-Film, wahrscheilich lief mal was, als er neu war. Voyager lΓ€uft schon seit Jahren nicht mehr hier in Deutschland, was mich sehr traurig macht denn meine Tochter ist inzwischen auch SCI-Fi-Fan und ich wΓΌrde es so gern mit ihr schauen. Die DVDs sind mir echt zu teuer, zumal man die sich einmal anguckt, vielleicht ein zweites Mal und dann verstauben sie im Schrank.

Die Sendung ist glaube ich urspruenglich zum 40-jaehrigen Jubilaeum der Originalserie gemacht worden, Denise Crosby haben sie einmal um die Welt geschickt, wo sie mit Fans gesprochen hat. Einige Interviews waren wirklich ergreifend - sie hat mit Fans in Yugoslawien gesprochen, das war noch kurz nach dem Krieg, und die Fans dort sprachen ueber die Staerke, die sie aus der Idee eines Universums bezogen haben, in dem Menschen und Aliens kooperieren koennen, anstatt zu kaempfen. Das ging ganz schoen unter die Haut. Fuer Deutschland habe sie mit dem Team des Fanfilms gesprochen, und William war auch kurz dabei. Leider habe ich das bei der Wiederholung vor ein paar Monaten nicht aufgezeichnet.
