This girl is offering this man a candy.. Of course, you should never accept candy from strange little girls, or go with them anywhere. This girl is a child molester (she's a child and a molester)
That's Hans Beckert from "M", by the way. He's played by Peter Lorre. I wanted to create a "WTF?"-look on his face, but kinda failed, plus it doesn't really look like him *cringe*. But it's the first time I draw him, so I'll get better at it.
I got the idea from a Monty Python sketch "Baby Snatchers"
