Acrylic 12" x 24" September 2009I was in the middle of another painting, when I needed a little diversion... not sure why I chose this one, other than I love painting water... I never thought I'd take on all those freckles!! Anyway... let me know what you think... all I see are spots in front of my eyes now!!

Thanks for your kind comments. I really love painting water, and freckles, well... that was a first, but I'm quite happy with the way they turned out. And seeing as my daughter approved of the painting saying it actually resembles her, I took that as a big compliment.

The thing I find sad is that pictures like this are totally overlooked by Naruto and FMA and whatnot.

There is a vast range of artistic postings every second... and many get lost in the shuffle... I have seen sooooooooo much talent on this website, as well as some pretty less-than-amateurish stuff too... BUT, to each their own, I suppose!!
