Another really old character of mine. He was originally part of FAWNA's story rather than Seline's. His role was to be a suitor of Fawna's that Ronno had to fight. He had a violent personality and was a misogynist. His original name was "Harbony" which was some weird name I made up back then, but changed it to Kale when I put his bio up on Animation Source. He originally had a son named Leon and a daughter named Zaina, the later of whom, I wrote a crappy middle-school fanfic about. He was a deadbeat dad, too.

I remember playing around with the idea of him and Seline being mates back then, but never really did a lot with it. In this new story, Kale is a high-born buck who develops feelings towards the antlered doe Seline. He is ashamed about liking her at first and hides his attraction to her when with others, yet eventually becomes the first deer to accept her. They become mates. Here, he's not so violent, but is more so snooty. Once again, he the a character in a folktale that Friend Owl tells to Bambi. I would like to believe that this story was a true one in the Bambi universe, but happened long ago...
