Meet Yetta. She's the grandmother of Fawna, Faline, and Gobo, and the mother of Aunt Ena. She's also an old character from 2012. Her original name was Fiona, but like with Meli, I Bambi-fied her name. I had the name Yetta in my head for a while for a Bambi OC, but made it the name of Fawna's grandma.

Yetta is one of the oldest does in the forest. She's even older than the great prince, but the myths won't tell you that. She remembers the times where the great prince's father was ruling. She always compares the two reigns, saying how the current Prince is not as good as the past one. Yetta is one of the only deer to remember a wolf attack that happened. She was a fawn and saw one of her cousins get eaten by one. This instilled a protective instinct within her. When she tried telling younger deer about her story, they all laughed and don't believe her. She claims that wolves are just as deadly as Man. Aunt Ena is her youngest child. Yetta tried to instill a noble mindset into her daughter, but her daughter never really understood how to act noble. This lead her to be in the comfort of Antler for a night and resulted in an illegitimate child, Fawna. Ena was not a good mother because she was inexperienced. She only told Yetta she was pregnant right before birth, so she couldn't give Ena much advice. After Fawna was weaned, Ena begged her mother to raise Fawna so she could have a good life. She agreed and took Fawna under her wing. Unlike other Fawns, Fawna actually knew the dangers of wolves and Yetta taught Fawna how to deal with them.
As Fawna grew older, Yetta showed Fawna a dead hunter killed by a wolf and later, a wolf shot by Man. It was meant to show that no species is superior. Then, without noticing, yetta was shot and killed by man, leaving Fawna traumatized and devastated.
