The military factor doesn't stand out much. What does stand out is the fact that it looks like people are walking along the hull while the ship is still in the process of docking.

I must note that the banners do give a fascist-like motif in regards to the artwork itself. Besides them though, the mechanical appearance over a war-wracked landscape looks amazing!

Awesome, the flags and cables give it a more realistic/human feel than most scifi kinda environments which is something that's always turned me off the genre
