Description so, here's the second painting due for my class. This is the part of the story when Alicia follows Rabbit down one of their tubie hole things and finds her way into Wonderland. it's like OH NOES!

playing with color theory. This was supposed to be a triad of Orange, Green, and Violet, but my colors are never saturated enough so it's more like...a lot of pastels. Still, I like how it came out. Lots of help from the teach. He's always like "keep going" and I'm like "I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE!!!!"

Anyway, here you go. A good 16 hrs in PS.

NO TAKEY!!!

God, this is gorgeous, hun. I'm loving the look on Rabbit's face, and the glow created by the orange in the background is really eye-catching. I really like the way you've used your color trio and the impression of deep shadow in the foreground, and Alicia's silhouette looks so ominous. Love Rabbit's outfit, too.

Thanks ^__^ I had a fair amount of assistance on the coloring. My original version is always less impressive than the one that my teacher helps me out with.

I love the perspective in this, and I think your triad of colours attempt was very well carried out!

You're always so good at creating a setting, and making such expressive characters!

Yeah, our instructor was like, "No more straight on shots, I want to see interesting camera angles!" And we were all like, "...ok?" This is what I ended up with. Lots of fun, but also really insane.

I love the horror/alarm on Rabbit's face - he looks fantastic in his outfit, too I love the way you've made his hair look white, and yet it's in shadow, so it shouldn't be that easy to tell. It's fantastic
The whole mood of it is so crisp, and the colours are beautiful. I love seeing it progress like this! Fabulous work, hun!

Much thanks! I always get so stressed out as I'm working on these things, but I'm so gonna miss this class. It's all good tho. Next semester I'm taking "Drawing from Imagination" and I imagine that one is going to be AMAZING!!

He totally has the D: face going, yeah? I'm quite please with how his face came out because, as I'm sure you can imagine, that is one of the areas that I spent the most time on x__x
