Elijah has a ..mostly pleasant personality. He's rather skeptical, but can be playful and teasing.
He enjoys wide, open spaces and fresh air...unfortunately though he's very self conscious about going into public. His wings are too large to be concealed and he's often worried about bumping into people are things.

History:
Elijah was actually born within a tight nit, circus community. He was thoroughly homeschooled and well loved. He was always compliant and light hearted about being used as a sideshow, and he also performed as a high flying acrobat with two of his cousins.
However, as he neared the age of puberty he began to have trouble being around large groups of people. The energetic boy began having mood swings and headaches during performances, and often felt overwhelmed.
He was invited to the X-Institute after his troupe visited Arizona. He was tentative at first, but his family insisted that it would be a good experience for him.
He was fourteen when he first became a student.

Extras:
Elijah has a tendency to sit or perch oddly on most furniture since he doesn't exactly fit on most of it. He also sometimes slips on a comfortable, fabric harness that wraps around his wings so he doesn't end up bumping into people or things.
-Due to his ability of flight and his experience as an acrobat, he is quite daring and has no fear of heights and is rather flexible and very physically healthy. He tries to maintain his health and physical condition by regularly working out.
