Ahhh, I swear the next thing I'll upload will be art.This is my wild Alaskan arctic fox pelt named Onyx, and he is by far my favorite pelt in my collection. He's also fully mountable and will be a fully pose-able soft mount one day hopefully soon, and no I'm not going to mount him, I am only a beginner and I WILL not settle for anything less than perfect for him. This fox is just so special to me. Arctic foxes are my spirit animal and my favorite (I knew arctics were my spirit animal far before I really liked them) so it was an honor for me to not only be able to obtain a pelt from one, but to be able to find one that was taxi quality.
No I did not kill him, he was humanely culled for population control in northern Alaska. I love animals, so don't you dare try and tell me otherwise. I used to have a living arctic fox, I would NEVER have the pelt of one if I had any doubts of the treatment of this animal! Don't hate me over a subject you don't understand. If you do hate taxidermy/pelts/hunting/trapping then you are misinformed on the subject. Its not a cruel like PETA will want to make you believe, but rather something that benefits the animal, and preserves the beauty of nature.

You totally should! Arctic and kit/swift foxes are so incredibly soft! And defiantly fluffy!
It is, I learned that from Sabre, who was once a living fox. Theres no doubt in my mind that its him! What kind of owl do you know? I freaking LOVE birds of prey XD

Oh I didn't catch this one, I bought him. We don't have any wild Arctic foxes in Missouri None of the pelts in my gallery (on this account) were ones I caught, all bought lol. Speaking of which I need to get all of mine tanned, so I can get some pretty pictures of them XD

Nothing wrong with the eyes, hmm its a bit hard to explain. The tan is all the extra leather from just inside/around the eyes, theres also a lot of it around the mouth this is what makes the pelt "mountable" so it can be mounted as taxidermy (there has to be plenty of skin to tuck into the form) this is the best example I can find of this fav.me/d38ell1 , this only shows the mouth, but the same goes for the eyes! ^^

its tail is so FLOOOFYY!!! a very beautiful specimen! Id love to see him mounted one day tho, he has the perfect face, body, paws, and VERY NICE tail :3

Gorgeous foxie! Fox pelts are too pretty, I can't wait to get a ranch for my collection one day. I'd like some more foxes and coyotes before going after a wolf and cougar.
And I have to thank you for mentioning the lies of PETA in the description. I'm so sick of people being biased and swooned over by "Animal Rights" groups.

And thanks for noticing that. Yes I'm fed up with them too, animal rights groups in general but PETA is by far the worst. C'mon lets face it, animals will NEVER have rights! And don't get me wrong I LOVE animals, so I'm a strong supporter of animal welfare

Yes they do x.x I still haven't decided what my favorite color variation is, but trust me it is within the ranches LOL As much as I love my beautiful Zeke, ranchies are something else. Ikr?! Cougars are so stunning and a fluffy case skinned 90in+ male is my dream ;-;

Ooooooooo irk? there's just so many to choose from! However I think pale platinum golds are my favorite, I also really like whitemarks of all colors lol! Damn yes those cougars are so nice, just a bit out of my price range unfortunately....ONE DAY HAHA
