Description
So, to celibrate the last day/s of having a subscription I did this.A colouring of my Miss Sweden graphite drawing, coloured in PS6. If you want to see the original drawing, you can find it in my gallery.

Since I promised to change the background of this coloured version, I think it was about time now.
Fixed the light a little too. I think it looks much better.

i know the drawing must take u at lease 15 hours to finish

Hehe, well the drawing took closer to 40 hours actually.
But the photoshop painting didn't take all that lonmg actually. 2 hours maybe?
But I did do it in a very weird way though since I didn't fully know the program then like I do now, in fact I'm not sure it even had the features that I use to paint with now...

Well, when looking through your gallery I can see you shouldn't have nay problem at all with colouring. Just use a half-transparent layer on top of the drawing. In PS. It's really just as simple as that.

That looks so realistic it's almost scary- more of a photographic quality to it, looks great. I especially like the colorwork on the hair, eyes and tongue.

I would say it almost looks better than the original, apart from the background which I think has a bit too much contrast.
But I always love how you colour in the pencil portraits when you're done
