This style is available for commission. If you would like to commission a cloak similar to this, send me a note!All righty, excuse the dorky look on my face. Another caplet, this time featuring a hood!
Otherwise, the same pattern as the black Gothic caplet, except without the serrated edges. The yoke part is made out of imitation leather, the body is a heavy, black, ribbed cotton fabric that I found in the dollar bin... it has a beautiful drape, and really moves well with your movement.I decided to call it the Woodmen's caplet because it looks like something I would think of woodsman/woman or ranger would wear... Anyway, someone associated with the outdoors. (Though now looking at it, may be a ninja would wear it too.

This will look best on a size small to medium man or woman (yes, it's unisex).

I love capes, but hate the idea of having to faff around with the front so you can get your hands out. This is a great, *great* compromise - you can have your hands free, but your butt doesn't get cold. Great job!

I like it ^_^ You have a great pattern here, and the variations still look awesome. Call me crazy, but this could work very well in pasel toned velvet and lace for a very fairy look

I do wannn do one in some litter, more gentle tones, but I'm trying to work through what I have in my stash frist, and then buy stuff specifically for capelet ideas I have in mind. Like I told crazed fangirl, I wanna do one with the body consisting of wool, and and the yoke consisting of faux fur.

It is rather warm! I was getting a little hot with it on, and all those all those photography lightsof sis shining on me... I really want to make one with the yoke made out of faux fur, and the body made of wool, and maybe line it with more faux fur... but good wool and high-quality faux fur are very expensive!
Yeah.... I'm think with how long it took to do the reading on this I have to charge least $75-$80 dollers... which put me out of the range of most back-to-school people right now...
