Mmmmm.... I really am not happy with this one. u___u I'll probably have to draw them again sometime, or else it'll just bug me.Anyway, I do actually enjoy both the pairings in Vampire Knight, so it was necessary to give Yuuki/Zero equal face time. The only reason I lean more toward Yuuki/Kaname is because 1) that seems to pretty much be the canon route, and therefore is easier *lazy* and 2) Kaname's hair = more swish. Considering how feeble those reasons are, it should be clear that they hold very very little weight.

Yes, I quite like Zero and enjoy any Zero/Yuuki moments that pop up in the manga, but his hair just does not swish enough for me. Alas. XD
Anyway, thank you so much for the lovely compliments. I need to go back and work on this one a little more -- the background needs more umph, methinks. It's rather empty. But it's nice to know that the colors and the pose work. I'm always terrified when I make things with no reference for the pose.

Lol and I don't think KanamexYuuki will stay canon for too long since there's going to be a part two to VK. With all those future chapters, there's a huge chance ZeroxYuuki will make a comeback. It's been a back and forth thing from the beginning anyways.

I really have no idea where the pairings are going to go, and couldn't even guess. There are so many obstacles and compelling things about both of them that it really seems like it's in the air. Which, actually, is pretty nice... to me, at least.

Aaah, but they are not as big as they would be if I followed the style 100%! *taps nose* Haha, but yes, you're correct. I kind of went for a ... mm... 70% style influence this time and tried to wiggle a little of my own take into it without changing it too much. But the eyes still = big.
But I'm glad the rest of it looks okay. ^___^

Haha, I always have liked manga/large eyes. Probably cause my mom used to do art when she was younger, and so would sometimes draw pictures for me when I was little. Her style always had large eyes.

Wow... YOU did that? It does not look like the stuff you have done so far. It looks like an upgrade, a complete step up. d^^b Really good, because of the pencil-like outlines, and the many shadows. It looks very lively.

Really? O___o I am not so happy with it, although it was just to do something different (which means I was lazy and did not want to ink the picture). Still, I do try out different little techniques here and there, so I guess it's good if they work sometimes.
