Description *EDIT* ahahah!! finally relocated!*

Will be removed from Les Scraps once it's no longer a spoiler.

I just wanted to prove to myself that I was actually capable of sketching something and putting it up the same day

May or may not color this. I have quite a few projects in the works at the moment (one of which, Jess, if you're reading this, I think you'll like an awful lot )

Toon Brainy and Reboot Lyle? The sound you just heard was my brain breaking in SHEER JOY.

...Darn it! It's not possible to glomp you with affection through a computer! Guess I'll have to do it the cyber way. THIS IS AWESOME! I love Lyle's almost nervous pose, Brainy's confused expression and you even remembered to have him wearing the superman necklace! ...They need soemthing stronger then a glomp.... ** There, that oughta do it.

OMG a SuperGlomp

i can't figure out whether that would be wonderful or horrifying...

i like this one too ^_^ it's been a while since i've drawn anything not in LoSH style... one misses these things

i remembered the necklace cause when i was reading the chapter i was kinda sitting there thinking: "dayum i wish i had a Superman necklace..."

No need to fear! It's a gentle Superman glomp.

I have a Batman necklace and a Superman Christoper Reeve Foundation dogtag necklace and dogtag clip on my purse.

whoaz, you're all kitted out!!

all i got is a Superman t-shirt that mom says i'm not allowed to wear cause the shield calls attention to my oversized chest.

yah, thanks mom.

(needless to say i practically live in this t-shirt )

a teacher at my old school had sterling silver Superman shield earrings. they were WAY cool!!!

I have a Superman T-shirt too, only it's grey and the sheild is black. It says "Save me" on the back, which kinda annoys me but I have a backpack purse so I don't have to worry about it too much.

And I have a small chest so I don't need to worry about that.

Those earrings sound AWESOME! *wants*

Also something I really want is a Batman belt buckle... or a functional Batman utility belt. That would be the most awesome of awesome things. It doesn't even need to have the tech in it. I just want to be able to put stuff in it.

well the backpack worked out well then ^_^

mine's full-color baby!!!

big chest = curse. have to buy big clothes and then look pregnant -_-

i digress.

i have vague recollections of trying to steal those earrings after she took them off to teach us swimming....

omg a Batman belt buckle would be legendary, but a utility belt... OoO
it's like a purse times 1000 and you don't have to carry it around!!!

Yep. I love it because it's "The Nightmare Before Christmas" but sadly it's 5 years old and it's starting to peel real bad.

AWESOME! I never see the full color ones. Just the one I got and the disturbing pink ones... *shivers*

My sister has a big chest too but she's really good at finding clothes that fit her right. Do you like vintage stuff?

I would have tried to do the exact same thing.... and then felt horrible about it for years to come. I still feel bad about the candy I ate at a gas station when I was too young to realize that I had to pay for it.... -_-'

Yes, my goal in life, besides becoming a novelist, is to have a Batman utility belt. I figure that if I ever do become famous though it would be easy enough to require. People like sucking up to famous people for some reason...

oh, cool.

my friend bought an awesome 'Nightmare before Christmas' bag and decided it would be hilarious to write ' penis ' on the back in tipp-ex.

the bag was summarily confiscated.

*eyeroll*

i hate the pink ones. what's the point of that??? i have one that's green camouflage army print stuff - that's pretty cool.

i would say that's too broad a range. i like some vintage stuff, but not other stuff. my mom volunteers at a charity shop and, since we live in one of the wealthiest places in England, roughly 3/4 of the donations is seriously expensive retail designer stuff - an awful lot of which fits me ^_____^
yay!

aw, that must have been fun to talk your way out of... ^_^

a good purpose. i'm certain someone out there must make utility belts...

...I feel sorry for the bag....

I don't see the point of the pinks ones either. In fact I've never actualy seen someone wear one.

That's AWESOME! I went to a couple of those shops in Scotland and my friend got Harry Potter: aTSS for only a pound. Sadly there weren't any clothes... I like the ones here too. It's where I got the white jacket that I'm going to draw/paint on.

Actually I was never caught. I remembered it years later and went "OMG! I stole something!" *shame*

Someone that I must find and have a little talk with...

me too. it was calling to us all year

save me.... save me!!....

wow. go figure. they're good for buying books cause they're mega cheap and once you've read them you can redonate them and the money goes to Cancer Research UK (that's the one my mom works at and i am not allowed to shop at Oxfam, Princess Alice Hospice etc...) rather than just the library's upkeep

i had a feeling you might have gotten that jacket from a charity shop... not sure why...

wow again. the mystery of the Great Candy-Burgler. is that how you spell 'burgler'? what kind of a word is 'burgler' anyway?
that sounds like a Nancy Drew book ^_^

a little talk.

hmm.

i shall find these people first and make sure they stock up on mace and tasers.

maybe a strait jacket... *inches away from manic laughter*

Poor bag.

I think the one we went to in scotland was the same way.

Because you have magical reading minds through the internet powers?

I'm not sure. I've always liked the Hamburgler... *still has to see the Nancy Drew movie*

Aw, you spoil all my fun.... I actually would like a straight jacket. I wanted to buy a black one from Hot Topic but they sold out.

so i'm an internet telepath?

cool.

ensues 'Rugrats' quote: 'Hey! I can tell the future! I'm a psycho!'

*has not seen Nancy Drew movie but has read almost every Nancy Drew book ever written*

um, do i dare ask what you would do with said strait jacket?

PriestessOfNox In reply to FunkyFish1991 [2008-08-16 21:20:15 +0000 UTC]

Very cool.

I used to love the 'Rugrats'... before that 'All Grown Up' nonsense.

I never read the books though I have been curious for some time now.

Wear it!

...

With the sleeves unhooked of course.

FunkyFish1991 In reply to PriestessOfNox [2008-08-16 21:32:10 +0000 UTC]

i loved that episode of the Rugrats where they got transported to the future or something like that. it was kinda a backdoor pilot for the 'All Growed Up' series.
that episode was awesome. it's so much fun to see characters you know so well older, or younger or whatever.

but they took it too far.

the books are pretty darn good. every so often you stumble upon one that's not great, but none are bad, and many are fantastic.

wear it. hmm. i bet that would draw some strange looks ^_^

arent the sleeves on those things like 2 feet too long? you wouldn't be able to do anything!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

PriestessOfNox In reply to FunkyFish1991 [2008-08-16 21:35:37 +0000 UTC]

I liked that one too but I agree that they took it too far.

Most find books at library...

Well it was a 'fashion' straight jacket so the sleeves were designed to be rolled up so you could wear it normally.

mmyep. apparently they did the same thing with Ben 10 but i don't follow that show closely enough to make a judgement.

oh, i see. well that's okay then ^_^

i went into Hot Topic in every mall we hit and my mom kinda came into fetch me later with a very cautious expression and demeneour

she was scared by all the spikes and buckles and black, i think

thanks ^_^

don't get too excited.

i think my Photoshop has self destructed. the file (that i think you'll like) is vast and it's mucking up the system.

i'm trying to remember how long ago i saved it and see if it's worth waiting it out or if i should shut it down and start that last bit again...

grr.

i did. worked actually.

but, then again, it may have been my father hissing about needing to do the bills and pressing the big power button.

also, you know the power button symbol is generally a circle with a piece missing from the top with like a stick poking into it?

yeah, wtf is that??? that has nothing to do with anything!!!
